These geeky tattoos, besides being on the moodily lit, well-muscled form of a Man In Uniform, are really beautifully done. Word has it that the artist is moving to Paris from the San Francisco Bay Area. As one astute observer pointed out, that’s a really fine reason to go to Paris. . .
