Steam Powered Armatron

“No way.”
Like totally way.
It’s a steam-powered Armatron toy robot arm. Real steam. Real arm. (Well, cheesy Radio Shack toy arm, but arm nonetheless.) From crabfu, whose steampunk toys were one of the highlights of last year’s RoboGames.

So Mr. Robotics, what’s the 411 on RoboGames 2007?

  1. Radioactive Jam Says:

Does it have some kind of steam-powered whistle with a sound like a tiny locomotive? Cause that would add to its coolness.

  2. Head Rotor Says:

The boiler is the shiny cylinder on the left. On the top of the boiler is a small red valve. Guess what that’s connected to?
    WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET.
    Right on!
